This course is ideal for healthcare professionals working with families in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, community health, or early childhood care. It is particularly relevant for nurses, midwives, social workers, counsellors, general practitioners, obstetricians, paediatricians, chaplains, allied health professionals, and other providers offering care in acute or community settings. 

Accredited Course - Gain 3.5 CPD hours

The course has been endorsed by the Australian College of Midwives (ACM) for 3.5 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours, providing an added benefit for your professional growth and development.

Course Access

If paying by card, you'll receive an email within 1 business day with a registration token and instructions for your staff to register their eLearning account. For bank deposits, your registration token and instructions will be sent upon receipt of payment proof.

Your registration token is valid to be used for 12 months or until all allocations are exhausted, whichever comes first. The exact expiry date will be included with the token. Make sure to use up all your tokens prior to the expiry date as we do not grant any extensions. 

30-day access period

Once a learner activates their eLearning account with their registration token, they have 30 days to finish the course before their account is automatically deactivated. We don’t offer extensions beyond this 30-day period. By registering, learners agree to complete the course within this time. If the course isn’t finished in 30 days, a new purchase is required to regain access.
