For cancellations to be eligible for a full refund, Red Nose must be notified in writing (via email to training@rednose.org.au) at least 3 days before the scheduled webinar.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the webinar are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend the scheduled date, they may:
Request to transfer their registration to another person (must provide 3 days notice via email to training@rednose.org.au, subject to approval).
Request a credit to attend a future webinar (subject to approval).
Rescheduling by Participants
Participants may request to reschedule their registration to another session if notified at least 3 days in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrolment, technical issues, staff illness).
If we cancel a webinar, participants will be provided with a full refund and directed to reschedule to a new date/time
