About the Webinar

Facilitated by our qualified Safe Sleep Educators, this webinar is suitable for Centre-based Early Childhood Educators, Family Day Care Educators, Foster Carers, or staff working with families in vulnerable situations.

The training is focused on babies and toddlers (up to 2 years old) and covers the foundations of Red Nose's Safe Sleep Recommendations with a focus on unsafe sleep environments, alongside insights into the National Quality Framework, and practical guidance on monitoring and supervision. Time is allocated throughout the webinar for participants to ask questions.

Webinars are presented through Zoom or Teams and can be scheduled Monday to Thursday during the day or early evening (between 6:00PM-8:00PM). Our team will contact you by the next working day from purchase to arrange your session date and time.

The price is $544.50 (including GST) for a 1 hour webinar for an unlimited number of participants (per centre location). For maximum engagement and positive training outcomes, we recommend small groups up to about 40. If your group is larger, please let us know so we can make arrangements within our team to better support your training.

The Red Nose educator will email you an attendance form to complete post-training and individual Certificates of Attendance are generated from that list.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this product, you are confirming that you agree with the below terms and conditions:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all participants have the technological capability to attend a zoom or teams meeting. 

Payment

  • To receive an invoice, choose the bank transfer option at checkout (your invoice includes both bank transfer and card payment methods).
  • Payment is required prior to the scheduled webinar.
  • Customers must include their invoice number in the reference field when submitting payment via bank transfer.
  • Customers must send remittance advice to educationbookings@rednose.org.au
  • Certificates will not be circulated until full payment is made.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled webinar.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before the webinar date, a fee of 30% of the webinar cost is required.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled training date.
  • Failure to provide notice of cancellation for a scheduled webinar will result in the forfeiture of the booking. No refunds are provided.
  • If a customer did not provide notice of cancellation for a scheduled webinar and wishes to reschedule, they are required to make another purchase at full cost.
